Weird question

Ok this is not my first baby, not my first time breastfeeding either, but this is the first I’m I’ve experienced this. My baby has no ties, a good strong latch,breastfeeds wonderful- really no problems at all! Except when he latches to the right side it’s painful. Only the right side and it only hurts for a few seconds but omg it freaking hurts. Like I have to mentally prepare myself for the pain when I put him on the right side. Once I get through the initial pain, it’s fine with no problems. He nurses great, has a very good latch. He’ll be 3 weeks on Tuesday.

Does anyone know why? I’ve tried google but that was a joke, absolutely no information.
