Can’t sleep. Severe anxiety and pain
In Er because I was just diagnosed with cancer. I have so much anxiety about chemo and all the screaming patients around me. I’ve been waiting 16hrs for a hospital bed. I feel crappy and just want to be home but my condition is so bad I can’t. How can I help my anxiety? I’m so scared I feel paralyzed.
