Symptoms help!!

So since 2dpo I've had nonstop cramping. Mostly on my left side but it travels to the right side and will longer in the middle. Some of the pains will be sharp. I've also since 2 dpo had breast fullness and slightly larger breasts that have been tender. Now on 8dpo I am super horny and getting a little emotional. Does that sound anything like you've experienced?? It's my first month TTC and I've been diagnosed with endometriosis so it's all nerve wrecking!! Thanks for any responses!!!
