Leaving an EBF baby

How do you mamas do it? My baby was initially combo fed because I felt like I wasn’t producing enough but she started having enough wet diapers and it made me feel more confident in only BF her so now she rarely gets a bottle. Today I had to leave for my 6 week check up I fed her before I left and once I got to the Drs my husband calls me saying my baby is crying inconsolably and keeps spitting out the bottle. So my husband said I should’ve never stopped bottle feeding because now she doesn’t want the bottle and she won’t stop crying. I comfort nurse her as well and I let her use me as her paci sometimes.. now i am freaking out about the thought of going back to work since I have a full time job how am I going to do that if she is already having a hard time with me being gone for and hour or two 🥺
