How to support friend after c section?

My friend had to undergo an emergency c-section a few days ago. Even worse, it was without anesthetic and she was fully awake while she was cut open. I'm on the other side of the country and would like to send her something to support her. Anything that could help her heal or get more comfortable perhaps? I haven't had a C-section so I don't know what would be good. Any advice would be helpful!

My best friend sent me super high waisted underwear and they were amazing. Also support food delivery gift cards, or an offer for a cleaning service to come in a week or two.

FOOD!! Lol high waisted undies, chocolate, a long pillow, heated blanket, or something as simple as a coffee delivery. I had a C-section and my friend had food delivered to my house. I cried because I was so thankful.

Cook for her or send delivery gift cards. Comfy clothes like nighties, slippers or a robe. Ice packs or heating pads. Mugs and hot drinks. A mini fridge lol. Ask her if she needs help around the house with chores or offer to watch the baby while she washes herself or takes a nap

Gift cards as others have said. Could you hire a cleaning g service to come in for a few hours to help her with basic chores? I know I overdid it after my planned c section because mess piling up spiked my PPA.

I just had one 2.5 weeks ago! Honestly food delivery gift cards, depends and pads, and loose baggy sweatpants are my best friends.

Omg I cannot imagine. I had an emergency csection but they had time to do a spinal. Ahhh!!!! Ugh maybe a neck pillow? Or a ring shaped pillow for her to sit on? My tailbone went numb after my csection from sitting so much. Or a cupping set for her incision once it heals? That has helped me a ton. You can find them on Amazon mine was $50. Magnesium flakes for foot soaks? Ancient minerals is a good brand. Peppermint essential oil to help her relax when she goes to the bathroom (she can drop one of two drops in the toilet water before she sits down). Idk sorry I hope these help
