Pcos fertility journey

Hi there ! I’m a 29 year old newlywed and we’re sort of starting to try for a little one. When I say “try” I mean that we’ve started pulling goalies and just seeing what happens. My doctors want me on birth control as standard protocol for eliminating cysts before I start trying for a baby but birth control makes me miserable and it just doesn’t agree with me. I’ve tried everything under the sun. Does anyone have any suggestions or any methods that worked for them? I don’t have weight, insulin, or hair growth issues. My only symptom is literally irregular periods and cysts on my ovaries.
