Foul Smell Down There

It started right when I found out I was pregnant. I always use vagisil as a ph balancer which always works. I was hoping the smell would go away on its own but it actually hasn’t. It’s been 3 months ! This morning it was so bad I tried to get in touch with my dr but of course no answer or call back so I went to urgent care. They did a vaginal exam, were very rude about every little thing (such an awful experience) but the doctor said “that’s an awful smell” and I’m like well what is it ? Cuz it doesn’t smell fishy or like ammonia or whatever.

Gotta wait on results.

To me it smells like a mixture of male cum and roadkill🤢

Please don’t be mean but do you think this means my baby inside me died? I won’t know for a couple more days for my first ultrasound at 12 weeks.
