Short cervix at 33w

I was really blessed to have a smooth pregnancy and made it all the way to 33w when I noticed slight brown discharge when I wiped. I went in immediately to my OB who told me my cervix was short (10mm). Not sure if its been short throughout my pregnancy or that it happened spontaneously. My OB made it seem like I will be giving birth any second now and that freaked me out. I was given steroid shots and progesterone, and while my doc just told me to take it easy, I’ve put myself on strict bedrest, only sitting up for meals and getting out of bed for toilet breaks for the past week or so. I live in constant paranoia and anxiety now - just fearing the worse and overanalysing every symptom that I am getting. Did anyone make it full term with bedrest and progesterone???
