RH Negative Moms! Help please!!

I'm 8W3D pregnant.. and RH negative. This is my 4th pregnancy with 3 past miscarriages. This evening I had some light pink spotting, basically just pink discharge. Immediately I went to the ER and got my Rhogam shot. There wasn't an ultrasound tech or ob doctor there (military hospital) so they didn't do an ultrasound. Just took blood, gave me my shot and sent me on my way. In the past anytime I had bleeding I was miscarrying. My ultrasound was 3 days ago and baby was strong with a HR of 162. My quantitative was over 75,000 as well. Knowing these things makes me feel like it's going to be okay this time but still bleeding and being RH- scares me.

Has anyone (RH- moms ONLY) had spotting during their pregnancy and had a healthy pregnancy? Please comment 🙏
