Blood in mucus?

I have covid and have been blowing my nose a lot. Yesterday and today I got some blood in my mucus. I told some family about it and they start freaking out and tell me to see a doctor. I really do think that I just irritated my blood vessels and that’s why it happened. I don’t have any other symptoms of covid other than a little bit of chills, light dry cough and runny nose. Is this something to be concerned about?
