Hives - Breastfeeding

Hello!

My son has developed hives after breastfeeding a number of times today. At first, I thought it was a reaction to a scented wipe I had used this morning (I usually always use scentless sensitive ones) as I gave him a bath right away and they subsided but it seems every time he has breastfed today he had ended up having hives after. I also had thought maybe it was because he was warm from cuddling as his face was red when they first appeared.

He also did spit up baby food on two occasions but has been acting completely normal otherwise. No more fussy than usual, no issues breathing, eating as he normally would. We have not changed anything in terms of detergents or foods.. he has hives again now so I am growing concerned as it seems they keep going away and then coming back. I did reach out to his doctor but haven’t heard back. He has never had a reaction like this before and all the foods he has eaten today he has eaten before as well.
