Does this look normal 5 weeks PP? C section

I've been having some issues with the side that has extra skin, it took the longest to heal pain wise while the other side was completely painless, then it started to leak fluid which I was told was probably extra fluid from the surgery (I wasn't seen physically when I called about this) , it was a yellowish colour. So the leaking has calmed down alot, but it still hurts a little in that side, plus as I run my finger against the insicion I can feel the tissue inside is raised alot compared to the other side.

Now since yesterday, the other side that was completly painless decided to hurt alot all of a sudden, right on the edge of the cut but the pain runs up near my belly button, hurts to move, stand up, I couldn't even turn around in bed last night. Thus pain has completely surprised me as it feels like a massive step back in recovery.

I was thinking to call the hospitals triage but I'm worried they'll just brush me off because I don't think it looks like theres anything wrong.

Does it look normal?

BTW I haven't done anything to injure the area, I've been avoiding any harsh physical activity and lifting, I've been taking the time to be slow and careful to heal
