Sick - milk supply

I’m so frustrated and upset. Everyone was sick this last week. 10 month old got sick Thursday night and was feeling sick and having diarrhea up until today. She hasn’t been nursing as much/ like normal and now my supply has dipped. Or at least I think it has. They feel like empty sacks of potato’s. Taking 4x as long to get a let down. She hasn’t been having soaking wet diapers this entire time she’s been sick. It feels like she’s just pacifying on my boob (which I hate). Will my supply return to normal now that we’re all feeling better? Yesterday I was feeling sick all day and barely ate anything so I’m sure that contributed along with her barely nursing
