My boyfriend isn’t very sexual

We’re in a good relationship but he’s never been super horny. He never talks dirty as he finds it awkward and when I flirt he never understands. He never initiates sex and he never flirts with me. He always ‘forgets’ to bring condoms (I always keep a supply though.)

He seems very distant lately too , he’s got a lot of life stress moving house and new job but I can’t help but think he doesn’t like me. Although he’s never been very sexual.
