Picky Eaters?

Anyone else toddler being picky? Not even picky at this point, he’s literally turning away almost everything . Help😭

They all are at this age.  It’s so stressful.  But I guess it’s because the tastebuds responsible for bitterness amp up to deter us from eating poisonous things if we were in the wild.  Survival of the species, and all.

Yeah, I’ve honestly fed her way more Chick Fil a than I could ever have imagined because the only other thing she will eat is fish and spinach.  Also plain wheat bread…. I’m out of options and discouraged honestly.

Going through the same thing right now. All my son eats are carbs. He used to love chicken, beef and fish but refuses to even try! It’s driving me crazy!

My daughter only eats about 5 different foods but she has SPD. My son went through the picky stage around this time but thankfully grew out of it!

My Nearly 3 year old boy just eats bread, it can be toasted or plain but that’s all day.
