Bv from having sex too often?

Okay so my boyfriend & I have sex pretty much everyday & he cums in me every time but recently (as in starting yesterday) I noticed & a little itch then we did it today & it smelled fishy, but it doesn’t smell fishy if I’m not having sex?? I told him to stop cumming in me for a while & that we should take a break from sex. I know for a fact he’s not cheating on me he’s with me everyday & he lives in a sober living house so he has curfews n such. I’ve had bv a few other times even before him. It makes me feel so gross & unattractive even tho he claims not to smell anything or whatever. 🙄 any tips to get rid of it without antibiotics, I don’t want to risk a yeast infection Bc of them. It’s happened before.
