Positive covid 19 during pregnancy

Hello guys new in here I have a question, my boyfriend got his 3rd corona shots last Saturday and he started coughing after that.

So I went for a covid test and I got positive I only have running nose and sneezing. Any home remedies you guys can recommend I'm 27 weeks of my pregnancy by the way.
