Covid & 6 month old

I tested postive for covid with a at home test you had to shine a light to be able to see the second line.. the only symptoms i have is a tiny sore throat & a headache. I have a 6 month old and she has a low grade fever & it seems to not be bothering her at all.. shes laughing and playing being her normal self.. Ive never delt with Covid.. if shes acting okay is there no need to worry? her Dr is hard to get ahold of on the phone im giving her tylenol and a cold rag on her head..Should i take her to the hospital? Shes acting fine but im still worried :(
