Should I reach out to him?

My bf & I of 5 months just ended it a few days ago. It was a lot but he said he needed space & we’ll see what the future has to hold. I suggested we set up another time to meet up & we agreed 2 months later we’ll meet up again.

Yesterday morning I called him panicking about something. I didn’t know who to call since I had no one to talk to about it & only he knew. He calmed me down & said I can go over tomorrow so he can help me with it but that’s it. Then he got mad & said I’m not respecting him or giving him his space, said I was ruining any chances with him in the future & hung up.

Later that day he logged me out of his Instagram. An hour later I noticed that he followed a girl he used to talk to when we were talking. I couldn’t take it anymore & I texted him saying “be honest with me”. He didn’t reply so I called him & he didn’t answer. He still has me on his Instagram & I still have his location & ring. But wtf ? Why follow her back. It makes me nervous bc I saw their messages from the past & any time he’d end it with me he’d contact her. What do I do? Do I try to call him again today? Or do I just wait until I see him in person tomorrow? Do I reach out to her???
