How to get out of a “funk”?
My room is a mess, I have laundry that needs to be put away that’s been sitting on a pile for a month. I’m not drinking enough water, or taking care of my skin.
How can I get out of this? I don’t want to be this way but when I get home I just want to lay in bed and not do anything but then I also feel guilty and become even more depressed. It’s a never ending cycle. I used to have a skincare routine that I’d do everyday, I’d eat healthy and workout occasionally. But I can’t find the motivation/ mental ability to do it..
