Ibuprofen

So I have a situation.

My husband & I are TTC our first child. AF is due next Tuesday. I’ve had a horrible toothache and only had ibuprofen on Saturday and Sunday, then was able to alternate ibuprofen and Tylenol on Monday. Tuesday and yesterday I had some spotting. I never have spotting, my periods are very very regular. I know you’re not supposed to take ibuprofen while pregnant, but I didn’t even think about it being bad for you during the two week window. Is this from the ibuprofen? Have I ruined my chances of conceiving this cycle? I’m scared, we’ve been trying for so long and nothing has worked yet. Any thoughts??
