Baby only wants me

My baby girl is 4 months old now and still ONLY is happy with me. My husband works 14 hour days and when he gets home I just want 10 minutes to myself. But I can hear her screaming at him the moment I walk away. I also have a babysitter come to stay with my kids twice a week so I can go to the gym. The poor babysitter is ready to cry by the time I get back an hour later because my daughter screams the whole time I’m away. She literally doesn’t want me to leave her sight.. EVER. She also never naps because she doesn’t want to be away from me. She gets fussy in a baby wrap because she still needs my 100% attention and eye contact. So I can’t just have her a carrier and still get things done. It’s exhausting.

I adore her so much and love that she loves me and needs me and wants me. But my son was this way too and didn’t grow out of it until just before I had her. He’s 18 months older than her. He’s such a baby still.

I just feel like it isn’t normal… everyone who knows us thinks this is so dramatic the way she only wants me. I don’t know what to do. I don’t know if there’s anything to do.. I’m just venting I guess
