I need 2 percent milk.

I went food shopping today, and the store didn’t have two percent milk which is the milk I need.

So I bought 1 percent milk for my coffee, and whole milk for my kids.

But if I mix the 1 percent and the whole milk, will that make 2 percent? Or will it make like 5 percent? Does anyone know?

Edit- thank you m for doing the math for me :)

It’s not really a big deal. My kids are supposed to drink 2 percent milk, but they can drink whole for the time being. I just thought maybe since I had whole and 1 percent I could make 2 percent 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s not like I can’t give them whole milk, I just thought maybe I could combine them.
