I feel like my mortgage person doesn’t want to work with me

He wouldn’t accept irs tax transcripts I downloaded from the site so I was trying to gather my tax returns and he was like or we could circle back to this a year from now. I’m trying to get a house and it’s like dude I’ve never done this before let me get my stuff together. He also thinks places are too expensive and several times mentioned maybe I should save more and look back in a year. Like dude I can hustle the fuck out and get what I need in like 3 months plus I already have 10k saved. I live in Texas and as a single person I don’t need an expensive place. I prob could find a place for under 210k but he wants me to wait when prices will be so much higher in a year: He said what I sent will work for now. Idk I get some vibe from him. Maybe I’m being annoying cause I was trying to ask what would work and I didn’t have the right stuff but he already ran my credit on the first day so I might as well carry this out
