Incontinence in 20s

Does anyone else suffer with this?

I am currently 22 (23 in august) and have had a few leaks here and there when I laugh for a few years but haven’t paid it much attention. However, tonight I was round at my friends flat (we live in student accommodation so I live the next block over) and we were playing a game that was making us all laugh. Next thing I know is that I have no control over my bladder and am leaking, but this was almost a full on accident and was very noticeable on my jeans. Thankfully the lights were off so I was able to discreetly go to her bathroom without anyone noticing the wet patch (I hope that no one noticed it anyway) but once I was there I realised that there was no way I could just wipe it off and continue the evening so had to leave early under the story that I was sick in the bathroom.

Is there any advice anyone can give me? Because of the current pandemic getting a doctors appointment is too hard so ideally there are solutions that don’t result in me going there 😣 I know that there’s pads but the idea of having to wear incontinence pads at 22 is not ideal.
