Curious about my cramping and vaginal pain

Hey so me and my boyfriend had sex last week and we fool around regularly. after we had sex, for like a day and a half I was spotting and had some cramping, as well as a small sharp pain in my vagina. Looked things up and it seems like it's just a side effect of sex that was a bit rougher or not being wet enough, etc. but now it's almost been a week and I still have some cramping symptoms. And it could be the food I ate this weekend but I'm not sure. Has anyone experienced this before? We used a condom.
