Early labour?

Question

I've woken up this morning on my due date and had about 5 mild contractions in the last 3.5hrs, just gone to the loo and lost all my plug and had some blood spotting, this is my second and my contractions where a lot stronger when I lost my plug with my first. Should it all speed up now I've lost it? Or just keep timing contractions?
Can't tell with this one! So different lol

Well, sounds like bloody show! So that is good sign. However, that is not very many contractions…I would ignore those altogether. It just makes you anxious and feel like you’re in labor longer than you really are. 
I wouldn’t start timing until I notice them every 10 minutes or so. Probably less. 
I’m the meantime, walk, bounce on yoga ball, shower, rest. I’ve had success with tying rebozo around my tummy. Maybe a magic feather, but last two pregnancies I was in labor a short while later. Helps hold baby tight and engage better.

Keep timing! It’s good you’re having contractions. I’ve lost my plug twice and nothing so far for me. So it doesn’t necessarily mean anything even if it happened with your first birth
