I’m currently 36 weeks + 3 days. When I have what I believe are Braxton Hicks my chest gets a tight, heavy feeling. Is this normal? Or something I need to talk to my Dr. about on Tuesday. 
Also I am just getting over Covid.

Same happens to me. No covid. I've told my ob and there's nothing to worry about at 35 weeks according to her, but tell your ob anyway.

Braxton Hicks would affect your uterus, you wouldn’t feel them in your chest. They feel like your belly tightening and it will get hard, but shouldn’t hurt (they can be uncomfortable sometimes tho).
What you’re describing with the chest tightness sounds like after effects of COVID and not really anything to do with the pregnancy. A good idea to let your doctor know either way!

Same I told my husband I can feel a contraction coming on because my chest starts to feel a weird sensation… this is my 3rd baby it’s so odd. But it’s sounds like it must be pretty common.

I haven’t had Covid (🤞🏻) but I do kind of feel what you’re describing. I’m not sure if it is maybe because the baby was so high? But it’s happens during BH.
