How to get past existing/survival
So I'm a mom of 2 with babe number 3 on the way. Last year was a tough year. I ended up with a weird anxiety issue post covid that has been very difficult to learn to live with. I am seeking help and it's been tough. I also had a miscarriage last summer and really got into a rut of just surviving. With 2 toddlers and a working husband who helped as much as he could it was still just tough. I am slowly getting the anxiety issues under control but like I said I'm still really stuck in a rut and am looking for some thoughts and ideas on how to try to break the cycle and start getting back in to life. I went from being a bubbly confident extrovert to an unsure introvert homebody. And while it's ok to be that way it's just not me and I think living that way is reinforcing the rut.
