2 yo tested positive for covid

I’m sorry I know this is asked all the time but I’m a major over worrier. My husband and I just finished our isolation because we tested positive a week ago with symptoms and our symptoms are gone. Our 2 yo hasn’t been showing any symptoms and we couldn’t get him in to get tested. Well today I finally got ahold of a covid test and of course he’s positive. He’s still not showing any symptoms though. Should I be doing anything specific for care?? His doctor is closed because it’s a holiday 😢 I’m worried because he’s had respiratory issues before
