Toddler not eating or sleeping

My daughter will be 2 in a couple of months. I feel like it’s been months that she isn’t eating or sleeping well. She doesn’t sleep through the night anymore and some days she won’t go down in her crib I have to have her in my bed to get her to sleep. She’s not eating meals and barley snacking through the day. She won’t even eat her favorites which, whenever she went through these little fazes she would still eat her favorites at least. Is this normal? I’m going to call her doctor about it but I was wondering if any moms on here experienced this
