Aspirin/ lovenox

Wanting some input on women’s experiences, I was told I would need to start one or the other soon due to my history.. but my doc wants to confirm some things with hematology.. my appt with them isn’t for a few weeks. OB wanted to start me on aspirin in-between time. But I am nervous! Im afraid to not take it.. I’m afraid to take it!.. anyone done aspirin in early pregnancy and had issues? Does the benefit always outweigh the risk. I would hate to take the aspirin and cause issues that weren’t even there to begin with.
