Do I tell him?

So a few months ago I was hooking up with someone let’s call him Mike. He stayed the night and he did end up finishing inside me (there was prior consent) and the next morning my alarm for birth control went off and I almost ended up skipping it (not trying to trap him but I had very little sleep and forgot what the alarm was) and I feel kinda guilty even though I did take it and have confirmed that I am not pregnant. Should I tell him that I almost skipped it?
