Post partum hair loss
So I had it with my first two kids. I just had a recent miscarriage and my hair is falling out pretty bad. I know it mostly just has to run its course but it sucks because my hair is already so thin. Any tips on trying to make my hair as healthy as I can and grow quickly? I've been taking my prenatal still. Thanks.
