Does this sound like dyslexia?

This is kind of a random question, but I am wondering if it’s normal or not.  
My daughter is 2.  When she is playing with her letter puzzle, she will take the E, and flip it on its side and call it M.  Then she will then flip it up aside down and call it W.  
She does the same thing with M.  She will flip it on its side and call it E.  
During Christmas time, she called candy canes J.  I had no idea why she called candy canes J, until I realized upside down, it’s a J.  
I’m worried, it seems like she is flipping letters around and reading them incorrectly
I should also note, that I have been worried about her since my oldest who is 4 has autism.  She is showing no signs of autism, but I worry about other disabilities. 
Is this normal?

She’s two… she’s just exploring and learning , I wouldn’t think that much into it

Sounds like she’s smart! Not dyslexic! 
Many children have a hard time recognizing a letter as is at that age, yet your child recognizes different ways to get different letters. 
She thinks outside of the box.
My nephew did this around that age. He’s not dyslexic.

This isn't dyslexia. At 2 she's just recognizing that the letters look similar! It's a good thing and shows natural curiosity. 
Our 2 year old confuses capital I with lowercase l constantly, and b, p, d, q are hard because they're all mirrors of each other. It's just part of learning. We encourage it in our house and love that he's thinking outside the box!

She is learning different ways to recognize letters. Not mixing them up. Now when she starts to write and her letters are missing or backwards, that’s when you get her tested. Not when she’s 4 or 5 and just learning to write, but when she is old enough to “know” the alphabet perfectly and how to write each letter.

That is not dyslexia. If anything it is quite better than average understanding how letters work and that is ideal in learning standpoint.
