I need advice!!

So I’ve been off birth control for about 2 months (at the time) when I got back from my trip I had a sexual relation with a guy who had well yk came in me (I was ovulating at the time too). I haven’t gotten my period and it’s been close to 3 months now with no birth control. I’ve been having morning cramps and little things like toast and coffee make me queasy I know it’s probably too early for anything to happen but should I still test anyways?(I’ve been pushing off on testing) has anyone experienced with not taking the pill and instantly getting pregnant?
