No. You’ve probably had it for a while and didn’t realize. Pregnancy causes a lot of skin changes, and new freckles/moles to appear. It can go away in the coming months, but it might not. Keep an eye if it gets bigger, changes shape, or color. But it’s likely just hormonal.
