Do you wake a sleeping 7 week old baby for feedings?

Question

My baby is 7 weeks old and some nights shes so sound asleep that she could go more than 6 hours.
I always put my alarm on so she doesn't go longer than 5 hours, I'm also afraid she'll dehydrate as it's summer here and it's very hot sometimes.
Should I still wake her up to feed or let her wake up on her own? When she's hungry she screams while we're changing her diaper (before a feed), otherwise she's pretty calm.

I honestly believe in letting the baby sleep. Unless baby hasn’t gained back birth weight or had a medical reason to be on a stricter schedule. My son had severe jaundice which made him extra tired and slow to grow the first 8 weeks. I had to wake him every 2-3 hours since he also wasn’t eating a full feeding at that age. (Only 1-2oz of breast milk) I had to bottle feed due to his lack of being able to stay awake.

Omg, my doctor told me that once my daughter was past her birth weight we could stop waking her to feed at night, soooo we didn’t set alarms anymore past 10 days old lol. She was almost 2 months old before she ever slept for more than 4 or 5 hours anyways.

My baby had low sugar levels when he was born, doctor told me to wake him up every 3 hours for feeding until he was 3 months old

I wouldn’t unless there’s a weight issue. A good rule is babe can sleep one hour longer than weeks old. So a 7 week old can sleep 8 hours.

Unless there’s an issue with her gaining weight, I’d personally let her sleep. 
My son was sleeping about 5-6 hours by 6-8 weeks old. I never woke him to nurse really, but he had no issues with weight gain and his pediatrician said he was good to keep sleeping.

She will tell you when she is hungry. I never woke my baby to feed, they know when they need food
