Sometimes after my bf cums in me and I let it sit there for a while and I don’t go to the bathroom right away I get a slight cramping feeling, I have an iud and I don’t have any burning sensations so I know it’s not a uti But It is still pretty bothersome thanks!

Well then use condoms, if you’re still having a burning issue, then you need to go and get checked out. Is seeming to be causing your pH levels to be off, he could be being rough, he could be causing lesions or friction or tiny cuts in the skin, or it could be banging on the IUD. Or your cervix. You got to figure it out. Having sex with a condom fixes it, then you know it’s the semen. If with a condom it still happens, then you know it’s something else going on￼

Is he well endowed?  Sometimes hitting the cervix or going deep esp with IUD can cause cramping and pain. So it may not be his semen causing pain
