My significant other went to the bar last night with some friends. I stayed home with our 4 month old daughter. When he got back I went through his phone because not long ago I found out he’s been texting a ex our whole relationship. Well in his pictures I seen he took a picture of this girls Snapchat at the bar & even looked her up on Facebook. I’m 23 & he’s 42, I know big age gap. I asked him what the deal with that was & he said he was just trying to make me some friends. He said she’s 23 as well & I was like why couldn’t you just give her my social media instead of having to add her on everything of yours if you’re trying to make me a friend? Just didn’t make sense. Then he proceeded to say that he feels like he’s in this tight bubble with me that he thinks I shouldn’t come to him about everything that I need a friend for that. I said, “we are together, I’m suppose to be able to come to you about everything”. And he said he feels like it shouldn’t just be him & I 24/7 that I need some friends & I said “I don’t care to make any friends right now, I have a new baby & my other two children I have to worry about on top of working on getting my life together. I can’t afford to go out”. Our daughter is 4 months old & I have only been out 2 times & that was 2 months ago. Idk I just found the whole situation weird.. please send advice.
