Should I start taking progesterone again?

On the 26th my dr told me to expect miscarriage since my levels only went up from 31 to 34 in a day, it’s 4 almost 5 days later and nothing has happened yet? Alittle cramping. Today but nothing out of the usual, symptoms have subsided since I stopped progesterone 3 days ago but my tests are getting darker? My heart tells me to keep taking the progesterone hoping that a miracle will occur, but the other side of me says miscarriage will happen either way better to let it happen early. But my dr never told me to stop taking it, I just figured all hope was gone and now I’m regretting not taking it :( I asked my dr but they haven’t answered, they even tried to avoid calling me to tell me my levels were low, just messaged me and said “unfortunately your levels are not rising appropriately so expect bleeding if you’re not already.”
