This is a great prenatal. It contains menthly folate, DHA and EPA which is amazing👌🏻

The one prescribed by my doctor. Definitely ask for an rx. All vitamins are fda approved and have gone through extensive clinical trials. I dont trust over the counter vitamin levels 🥴
