Babies heart rate.

I've had 2 scans, 6weeks2d and 7w2d and both times saw my babies heart flicker on the screen, but they didn't record the bpm. Is this normal? I've seen people knowing there babies heartrate but I don't, I did ask but they totally ignored my question and didn't tell me. I have a scan at 9weeks+ for next Thursday,so will I know then? I'm super happy knowing my babies got a heartbeat, as I've had 4 miscarriage.This is the furthest I've gotten, I'm 8weeks🥰🥰
