No feeling during sex

I’ve been with the same guy for almost 4 years and married 2 years. Our sex life used to be really good, but he’s had issues with a porn addiction and he has told me hurtful thing like using his hands feels better then sex. He has since made an effort to stop watching porn.Ever since then I never feel like having sex with him. Other comments he has made has also led me to feel super insecure and uncomfortable having sex with him. I used to get super wet and sex used to feel super intense (he’s not small at all like 7 inches). But now I don’t get super wet so it’s hurts and it doesn’t feel intense anymore. I think the birth control I’m on affects my sex drive too bc when I took a 6 month break off of it I would be horny all the time. Has anyone else experienced this and found a way to increase sex drive without getting off birth control? I feel like it is ruining our sex life.
