Disrespectful parents

Anyone else have parents they don’t talk to because they keep crossing boundaries and never really owning up to their disrespectful crap? It sucks and sometimes I struggle falling asleep because I miss how cool we were years ago but now I not too happy with them and am ignoring them. They just keep playing cool as if they aren’t being ridiculous. It’s been going on for years now but I’m still hurting every day and struggling to sleep. How do you guys manage the hurt, it really sucks but I have to have my own dignity and stop letting this hurtful crap happen
