Is he hiding the fact that he has kids?

He really doesn’t tell me much about his life it’s always about me. I feel like this can be my 3/4 time I seen a sign he has a child. One time I went over by him I saw baby wipes in the bedroom I’m like hmm, I took notes but didn’t think much of it. One time I had a dream he had a small child Around my child age, that day I saw him I saw child finger prints in his car in the front seat. Yesterday I saw child finger drawing on the window in the backseat and wipes in the little compartment in front so I’m just like??? I know he has a nephew though but, idk.. me and him are dating.

Edit: for those saying just ask. I did already of course we had that convo when we first met. He always ask me about having another baby and stuff and I say it’s crazy you don’t have any kids still. I have reason to question because I think he’s really sneaky. If I ask about every freaking thing I see he gonna think I don’t trust him or I’m being such an investigator which will make him hide more from me if he already is or even distant himself. So I just peep things now and see if it matches his words later…
