39weeks+1day Contractions??

Hey you guys ! So long story short last night around 10:20pm I started having contractions and they calmed down around 12am then picked back up around 12:30am and we're consistent until 5am then I feel asleep through them until 7am now it's 8:50am and I'm still having them. I have a high pain tolerance and with my daughter they sent me home when I felt like this so I'm afraid of eating my time to go get checked then get sent home lol.

My app says 39weeks +1day then when I click the baby on here it says 40weeks... Anyone else app saying that and know why?
