wedding help!?

so me and my fiancé just decided to not do our big wedding in spring of 2023, and instead we're doing a much smaller wedding in florida in september/october of this year!! if anyone has ANY beach wedding tips, pictures of your beach wedding, or have any idea where i can get a cute and cheap wedding dress i would love to hear and see anything and everything you have!!

We had everyone in all white with a touch of yellow… the gazebo was nice (it’s very hard to walk on sand) we kept the dress code comfortable for everyone… nothing too heavy it’s hot out.. the entire guests were in white too … it was really gorgeous and everyone’s photos were beautiful.. not just ours (bride and groom) .. this wedding was in Jamaica at a resort … which honestly helped keep guest list low (thank goodness) I chose a hairstyle with the moisture in the air and heat in mind…

For a wedding dress, almost all bridesmaids dresses can be purchased in white or ivory (if that’s your desire for your gown). Some are very gorgeous and would be very comparable to an actual bridal gown but like 90% cheaper. Also you can check out unconventional stores to find your wedding dress: like Costco, Amazon, eBay (if you buy used, you can often have it professionally cleaned and still be way cheaper than buying a custom order bridal gown), even many department stores like Macys can order their formal wear in white/ivory and would look beautiful as a wedding dress.

I got married In May and got a white prom dress with blue embroidery from Macys as my wedding gown. Cost me $40 because it was on after prom clearance. nobody had any idea it was a prom dress. It couldn’t hurt to look around prom gown sales if you see anything you like you could get an amazing deal.
