Almost 3 years and no progress in the relationship

I been dating my boyfriend for almost 3 years, but I haven’t seen any progress throughout the years that we’ve been together. He quit his job like 3 months ago and I haven’t seen him looking for jobs or even a call for a interview, atm I have two jobs and Im paying mostly the bills and his gas. He sees that Im struggling economically and mentally to keep paying the bills, now I have to find a new apartment but he doesn’t seem to care. I always ask him if he’s been looking or found everything and remind him that I really need help and that this was supposed to be a team work but he just gets irritated. Every time we argue I try to kick him out but he gets hostile, he cuss me out or try ti destroy the last thing from my apartment. Mind yall, I got the apartment alone and bought most of my apartment without his help. I do love him and I care for him but this is draining me mentally and emotionally. I wanna grow and make grow the relationship but nothing changes it gets worse. I get jealous of other people doing good in the relationship and growing and Im here stuck with a deadweight on my shoulders. I need advice, I need to vent, Im alone in this…
