Am I wrong for this ?

So as I mentioned before I will be making goodie bags for my sons class but not with candy or anything like that because his school has rules. So instead I added pretzels, animal crackers and mostly like stickers tattoos little toys like that for children to enjoy. But I was only planning to take them for children only and not teachers? Am I wrong for that? 😭 Have you done this? And was planning for Valentines he will be taking valentines cards as well and buy the teachers their own separate chocolates?

No not wrong. I doubt the teacher wants stickers, tattoos and animal crackers. As far as valentines day that seems fine too and normal.

We usually just do the treats for the students for the silly little holiday parties.  My son picked out gifts for his 2 teachers specifically for Christmas though.  We’ll pick them each an end of year thank you gift as well for helping him prepare for kindergarten next year.☺️

As a teacher, the only time I’ve been sad about not being included was when a kid brought in cookies, talked to me about how much I like them, then skipped me when handing them out and left class carrying the 6 extras.

No, it isn’t wrong. But I also will say that I haven’t ever had a daycare teacher turn down snacks when I’ve brought them in, and the giant snack basket I do for them around the holidays is demolished almost instantly.
